Our photos are shot from a third-person perspective. This way our images appear real and unstaged. Our photos show one, two or more models. To achieve exciting images, we use unusual angles and play with blurred and focused areas. Also images of details are allowed. Our customers, markets and products offer a variety of photographic possibilities to play with and create exiting images.
Photos with a single model
Our models look into the camera. He or she is in dialogue with the observer and showing enthusiasm and dedication. The observer seems to be a part of the discussion. The person is always in focus in our imagery. We avoid pictures of single persons working in isolation. By looking into the camera he or she is not working in isolation, but in dialogue.
Photos with two or more models
Our models never look into the camera. They are always focused on their individual tasks and collaborative work. This is also the case for portraits. The observer seems to be a part of the daily work and participates in discussions, meetings or visits. The team is always in focus in our imagery.
Growers
- Position the grower in his/her natural environment. Try to capture intimate and personal moments in time.
- Consider the location carefully. Our subjects are usually more suited to an exterior environment.
- Explore unusual angles, focal areas and crops.
- Capture positive emotion, dynamism and hard work (e.g., facial expressions, gestures).
- Be mindful of diversity (ethnic diversity, both genders and various generations).
- Use warm, available light so photos do not feel they have been shot in a studio.
- Use significant contrast (color, brightness, etc.) between foreground and background.
- Do not use shrill colors.
- When using talent, make sure they resemble the types of growers in your region.
